Use this when you are combining batches of ingredients. For example: If you are combining cookies and brownies you don’t have to create a new mixed batch from scratch, you can take both batches and blend them.
- Source Batch: This is the batch you are adding to another batch. You’ll want to set a protocol with your team so you’re doing it the same every time.
- Destination Batch: This is the batch you are adding the other batches to. If you have multiple batches that are being combined you must repeat this process until all your batches are connected.
