Top 10 questions about Hemp Batch Tracker

With a Farmers License we use the state issued license to calculate total acres.

If you have multiple licenses then we would recommend setting up each farm as its own instance. (no extra paperwork, just let us know when you apply)

If you have a single license and multiple fields the system can track back to individual fields no problem. You'll only need the single license.

You don't need to have internet connection 100% of the time. The majority of the time you'll be using the system is during less "active" times on your farm.

Things like photos can be taken on your phone and stored until later if needed.

That's OK, don't worry.

If you haven't got your state issued hemp license you can still apply but will have to wait for approval to get access.

We do not offer a free trial of our system. The data you generate would be based on a growing season or over a full year. With that kind of time frame a free trial doesn't do either of us any good to showcase how it works.

Every application is reviewed by our team. If there is anything missing or needing clarification we'll reach out to you.

After your application is reviewed we'll setup your instance of hemp batch tracker and send you instructions for collecting payment.

You'll have the option to pay with major credit card or PayPal. There will also be options on payment plans to break up the payments over the course of the year if you need it.

Assuming everything is in order and no additional information is needed your turn around should be under a week.

The applications were designed to mirror a state hemp license. If your state differs from what you are being asked not to worry. All of our licenses have a "note" field for you to add that info.

Your application must be reviewed before you get access so if we need to we'll be in touch.

Fill out as much information as you can when you apply. We understand there are circumstances that need to be addressed.

The main difference between the two applications is the network of farmers attached to your instance.

Processor licenses are FREE but have limited permissions in the system. Farmers in your network will need to have a Farmers License from Hemp Batch Tracker. As a processor you'll be able to add your COA's and shipping but all other data points come from the farmers.

Processor Pro licenses "own" the farmers licenses. The data is connected in real time so you can maintain contractual obligations and have a seamless handover at harvest.

Processor Pro licenses can add additional farms mid-season and if a farmer has their own Farmers License of hemp batch tracker they can still connect to your instance.

Not a problem. Some states require processing companies to have one so we have to ask for their records.

If you aren't required to have a license to process hemp then you're all good.

We do not offer a free trial of our system. The data you generate would be based on a growing season or over a full year. With that kind of time frame a free trial doesn't do either of us any good to showcase how it works.

"Manufacturing" is a relative term in our system. Hemp can be made into so many things the most all encompassing phrase we could think of was "manufacturing".

No two facilities are the same and no two processes will be exactly the same either.
